Sabudana 1and 1/2 cup.
3 Potatoes boiled and mashed finely.
1/2 cup roasted peanut coarsely crushed.
2 Green chilies chopped.
1 tablespoon finely grated ginger.
3 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves.
1 teaspoon garam masala.
2 tablespoon corn flour.
1 teaspoon red chilly powder.
1 Tablespoon lemon juice.
Salt to taste.
Oil for deep frying.
Wash Sabudana in running water to remove impurities and soak it in enough water for 3 hours or for overnight.Drain excess water from it after soaking.
In a bowl take soaked Sabu dana, mashed potatoes, and corn flour and mix it well.
Now add other ingredients like peanuts, chilies, ginger, coriander leaves,garam masala, chili powder, lemon juice and salt and mix it again. Also, try these snacks-
